{ Crew Leader } Crew Leaders deliver high quality team-building and leadership curriculum to Galileo Summer Quest students. Crew Leaders generate enthusiasm and inspire students while leading them to develop teamwork, leadership, patience, and cooperation – all qualities integral to a child’s ability to work with others. If you are energetic, passionate about leadership development and enjoy working with kids in a fast paced and fun environment, Galileo Summer Quest is a perfect match for you! As a Crew Leader, you will further develop your skills as an educator while developing leadership skills in groups of up to 10 students and creating an unforgettable summer experience. Instructional experience leading kids, particularly in outdoor games and team building activities is preferred. Previous camp experience is a plus. You will also have the opportunity to supervise students in “Club” time—where they choose an activity to participate in such as outdoor games, arts and crafts or table games such as foosball or ping pong. You will help them foster relationship with their peers while engaging in social activities. Crew Leader Responsibilities
